Main responsibilities:
- Plan, update and optimize the travel plans and schedules of rolling stock, train crews
- Analyze the need for crews, monitor compliance with working hours regulations and apply changes in legal acts when drawing up schedules
- Respond to changes and promptly adjust plans in case of discrepancies, unforeseen events or staff shortages
- Cooperate with department team leaders on schedule changes and the need for additional resources
- Analyze data, provide reports and propose solutions to increase the efficiency of processes, resource allocation
- Contribute to the improvement of planning tools, systems and methodologies
What do we expect?
- Higher education (in the field of transport, operations or management would be an advantage)
- Experience in the fields of planning, resource allocation, logistics or operations management
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
- Excellent skills in working with the MS Office package
- Analytical thinking, good planning qualities
- Independence, diligence and goal orientation
- Ability to work with planning or personnel management systems (would be an advantage)
