Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out long-term and short-term planning of transportation flows and resources
- Collect, analyze and systematize data from various sources, ensuring their accuracy and consistency
- Apply statistical methods and data analysis tools, including Power BI
- Create and improve interactive reports, data visualizations and performance indicator monitoring solutions
- Collaborate with various departments, identifying data needs and providing analytical insights for decision-making
- Create, maintain and improve data models for business process analysis and performance efficiency assessment
- Prepare recommendations based on data analysis and contribute to the improvement of operational processes
- Consult and train colleagues in the use of data analysis tools and methods
What do we expect?
- Higher / postgraduate education (preferably in computer science, mathematics or statistics)
- Work experience with data analytics systems such as Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to understand business processes and how data analysis can help solve business problems
- Knowledge of legislation
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English skills
- Microsoft Office computer skills
