Main responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain long-term, annual, monthly and short-term maintenance and repair plans
- Organize and coordinate the planning of maintenance capacities, employees and other resources
- Set priorities for maintenance and repair work
- Analyze indicators of rolling stock availability, maintenance and repair, provide proposals for improving operational efficiency
- Coordinate the maintenance planning process with operation, repair, supply and other related departments
- Ensure compliance of maintenance planning activities with the requirements of the ECM system, legal acts and internal procedures
- Lead the planning team, set operational goals, monitor their implementation and develop employee competencies
What do we expect?
- Higher education in engineering, transport, logistics, management or other related field
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of maintenance, production, rolling stock operation or planning
- Experience in planning resources and works, ensuring the efficient use of personnel, materials and repair capacity
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance indicators, maintenance plans and risk assessment
- Good skills in working with information systems and MS Office; experience in using ERP systems (would be an advantage)
- Experience in management and organizing teamwork
- English language proficiency at B2 level
