Work style
- Create scheduled and preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment and ensure that they are adhered to.
- Perform periodic inspections and diagnostics of equipment.
- Analyze failures and identify their causes.
- Plan critical spare parts and materials stocks and cooperate with suppliers and service companies.
- Participate in repair work together with the foreman when necessary and help resolve more complex failures.
- Prepare and update equipment maintenance instructions and technical documentation.
Employee requirements
- Engineering degree or similar work experience
- Planning, organizational skills, analytical thinking
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills, including Excel or Google Sheets.
