UAB "MAVIS" is successfully growing and is looking for a team member in Vilnius who will contribute to the development of plastic raw materials and polymer sales.
We are one of the leading companies in Lithuania, supplying chemical raw materials to customers in various production areas. Domestic and foreign markets, import and export of goods.
Our customers are companies from the industrial chemistry, paint and construction materials production, agriculture, food industry, microelectronics, automotive chemistry, laboratories, metal processing and water treatment sectors.

- Search for new B2B customers / suppliers and build long-term relationships.
- Maintenance of the portfolio of existing customers, consulting and analysis of needs.
- Preparation of commercial offers and negotiations.
- Administration of customer inquiries and coordination of the sales process.
- Coordination of raw material supply processes, orders and logistics.
- Market analysis in search of new sales directions and products.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher or higher education (advantage – in chemistry, logistics, business).
- Successful B2B sales or purchasing experience, work experience in the industrial sector, experience in production related to plastics/polymers.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Have good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Driver's license (category B) and readiness to go to customers.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (for communication with foreign suppliers/customers).
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
