Nature of work
🛠️ Various minor and medium-complexity repair works are performed in residential rental housing and common areas - this may include door, floor, furniture, wall repair, silicone or other finishing works.
🚪 Responding to tenants' reports of faults - inspection and necessary repairs are performed.
🔧 If necessary, a list of necessary materials or tools is prepared - it is important to perform the work neatly and with high quality.
📲 Tasks are transferred by phone or via a simple work app - it also marks when the work is completed.
📦 Sometimes you may need to assemble furniture, replace household appliances or perform simple plumbing or electrical work - only if you have the necessary skills.

✅ You are able to independently perform various minor repair works
