We are looking for someone who would not only operate the plasma cutting machine, but also understand the cutting process itself - from the program and the layout of parts on the sheet to the selection of appropriate parameters and the quality of the final part.
Nature of work
- Operation of plasma cutting machines and metal cutting according to production tasks;
- Preparation of machines for work, launch of cutting programs and their adjustment;
- Arrangement of parts on the sheet to achieve optimal use of material;
- Selection and adjustment of cutting parameters according to the material and its thickness;
- Work according to technical drawings and technological documentation.
Employee requirements
- Experience working with metal plasma cutting machines is a great advantage;
- Basics of plasma control and cutting programs;
- Ability to read technical drawings;
- Understanding of metal cutting technologies and properties of different materials;
- Ability to assess cut quality and adjust cutting parameters;
- Responsibility, diligence and independence;
- Willingness to learn and improve professional skills.
