Description
We are looking for a Development and Patient Manager who will help people learn about the possibilities of limb prosthetics and develop cooperation with medical institutions and specialists. This is an active, mobile position, where most of the work is spent visiting patients and partners throughout Lithuania, and work in the office is only a small part. The goal of the position is to expand the circle of patients and partners and contribute to the development of the company's services.
Place of work - Vilnius. The work includes regular trips throughout Lithuania.

Nature of work
To find new patients who need limb prostheses.
To communicate with existing and potential patients.
To identify patients' needs and provide information about prosthetic options.
To establish and maintain relationships with medical institutions, doctors and other specialists.
To seek new cooperation opportunities throughout Lithuania.
To build long-term relationships with patients and partners.
To present the company's services and represent the organization.
To participate in the company's development processes.

Requirements
Management, sales or customer service experience.
Fluency in Russian or Polish.
Result-oriented.
Ability to communicate with patients empathetically and professionally.

Excellent communication and long-term relationship building skills.
