Monthly salary: €2,610.00 - €3,910.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Initiate, coordinate and implement first and last mile projects
- Together with the team, create and develop passenger transportation service products focused on first and last mile solutions with Lithuanian cities, and the integration of urban railways into urban transport systems
- Ensure compliance of new products and services and development projects with the business development strategy and coordinate its timely update
- Manage project implementation processes, identify and manage risks, respond promptly and make decisions regarding changing circumstances
- Perform financial, economic, social assessment of projects, provide insights and proposals based on data and calculations
- Participate in joint company projects, cooperate with other departments, partners, institutions
- Prepare project documentation, manage projects according to the standards set by the company, prepare and present project reports
What do we expect?
- Higher university education (in economics/management/finance/transport engineering or similar field)
- Work experience in the field of project management (in the transport, public transport, passenger transport or railway sector - an advantage)
- Knowledge of key financial indicators and economic analysis
- Excellent skills in managing Microsoft Office programs, experience in working with project management tools (MS Project or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to reconcile different interests
- Fluent Lithuanian, English at least B2 level
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, clerical work, document preparation rules
