We are currently inviting a Development Project Manager to join our steadily growing team to work with the sale of building administration and maintenance services in the residential sector.
You will be a very important part of our team! 🌿
What interesting tasks would you expect in this position?
- Active sale of complex administration and maintenance services of residential buildings, search for new customers.
- Preparation, presentation, negotiation of commercial offers.
- Representation of the company in meetings with clients.
- Analysis of financial results, preparation of reports.
What would be the requirements?
- Higher or higher education.
- Experience in sales, project management (in the field of building administration or maintenance would be a great advantage).
- Ability to maintain and foster good relationships with customers.
- Self-confidence when making first contact by phone or in person.
- Category B driver's license and car.
