Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- control of the design work schedule and budget, coordination of the design process, representation of the customer's interests in the design stages;
- review of technical solutions during the design and coordination with the customer's requirements;
- control of the general contractor, change management and verification of costs and invoices according to the work performed;
- construction budget planning from the project initiation stage to completion, cost control and optimization,
- risk prevention and management in the construction process and budget management;
- construction technical maintenance of existing objects;
- preparation of technical tasks for construction works.
What do we expect from you?
- higher education (preferably in the field of construction, architecture or engineering);
- successful and significant experience in managing design and construction projects;
- analytical-strategic thinking and the ability to make quick decisions;
- leadership, negotiation, planning, risk management and problem-solving skills.
