What will you have to do?
- Actively seek new B2B customers (industry sectors);
- Negotiate, prepare commercial offers and establish long-term relationships;
- Maintain and develop existing customers;
- Analyze the market, look for new development opportunities;
- Cooperate with the sales and technical team;
- At least 50% of working time is spent traveling.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in sales or business development (in the B2B industry - a big advantage);
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Ability to work independently and achieve results;
- Higher education (economics, management, engineering or similar);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English or Russian - an advantage;
- Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems);
- Category B driver's license and ability to travel;
- We are also looking for candidates with less experience - the most important thing is the desire to improve!
