Film Production Operator

UAB RETAL BALTIC Films is a growing production company that cares not only about results, but also about people. We are currently recruiting an inquisitive, responsible person who wants to learn, grow and work with modern equipment.

• Working with us, you will:

Gradually learn to operate production equipment - start with simpler tasks (packaging, quality control), and eventually master the entire line management.
You will ensure that production runs smoothly and with high quality.
You will solve minor technical problems and fill out work reports.

• Important:

Our equipment is specific - so we will teach you everything. We are looking for people who want to learn from practice and grow step by step.

• On-the-job training – from packaging to line management.
• Shift schedule: 2 day + 2 night, 4 days off.
