Responsible attitude to work: punctuality, maintaining a tidy workplace and safe handling of production materials and tools.
Willingness to learn and improve: motivation to quickly adopt the knowledge of experienced colleagues and master specific gluing techniques on different surfaces.
Physical fitness and endurance: the work is dynamic, requiring agility, manual dexterity and patience when working with larger-format products.
Experience is an advantage: experience working with advertising films (gluing on plexiglass, awnings or signs) would be a big plus, but we train candidates who do not have experience but are motivated.
