IN DAILY ACTIVITIES:
IF YOU CAN INTEREST, INSPIRATE AND CONNECT WITH PEOPLE - BECOME THE FACE OF PLOOM IN STORES AND HELP OTHERS GET TO KNOW THE INNOVATIVE PRODUCT!
- You will visit stores, communicate with sellers and store staff and build long-term partnerships;
- You will organize and conduct training for sellers, strengthen their sales and customer service skills and ensure good product knowledge;
- You will analyze sales results, identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations for improving performance;
- You will organize regional events and strengthen involvement in the seller community;
- You will contribute to the implementation of team goals and effective cooperation with sales partners.
WE WILL BELIEVE:
- You can already indicate experience in sales, customer service or trade in your resume;
- You have a higher or higher education (in sales, marketing or business - an advantage), but you understand that professional growth is a continuous process;
- You communicate confidently, analyze purposefully and negotiate so that partnerships work not only today, but also tomorrow;
- You are able to adapt to the situation - by taking the initiative and leading the process or strengthening the team through focused cooperation;
- You have good computer skills (MS Office programs);
- You have a category B driver's license and follow the rules of the Road Traffic Act;
- English - an advantage.
