"Podoklinika" is a foot and nail care center in Vilnius. We are looking for someone to join our team who enjoys communicating, taking care of customers, and organizing daily work. It is important to us that every customer is greeted attentively, receives clear information, and feels welcome.
Nature of work
- Welcoming clients, providing information about the center's services and registering for visits.
- Administering calls, emails and messages.
- Managing specialists' work schedules and client registrations.
- Sending information messages and reminders about visits.
- Accepting payments.
- Monitoring and ordering the balance of tools and goods.
- Maintaining the order of the center, maintaining tools and preparing specialists for work.
- Other daily organizational tasks.
What are we hoping for
- Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and Russian when serving the center's clients. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Polite, empathetic and attentive communication.
- Responsibility, punctuality and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently organize work, solve daily problems and calmly react in complex situations.
- Ability to use a computer and willingness to learn how to work with the client registration system.
- Initiative and willingness to contribute to the smooth operation of the center.
Previous administration or customer service experience would be an advantage, but not necessary - we train.
Working hours
5 working days a week, 5 hours a day. Shifts: 9:00–14:00 or 14:00–19:00.
Must be able to work both shifts.
Every second Sunday, short administrative tasks are scheduled: in the morning, send reminders about Monday's visits, and around 16:00, review responses, adjust the schedule and call clients who have not confirmed their visit. Total active work time is up to 40 minutes. No need to be on call between tasks.
The center does not accept clients on weekends, and incoming calls are not answered.
