In this position, you will:

• Coordinating dailyproduction activities of storage modules and ensuring the workflow according to the plan and priorities
• Forming, developing and empowering the team to achieve goals. Currently, the team consists of 15 specialists
• Manufacturing process supervision, quality assurance and prompt problem solving
• Process analysis, application of LEAN principles and operational efficiency
• Implementation of improvement initiatives at the subgroup and group level
• Collaboration with other departments and participation in product development and implementation processes

The team expects from you:

• Higher education in engineering sciences (physics, light technologies, electronics, mechanics, transport or aviation engineering, mechatronics, robotics, etc.)
• Good English skills
• Experience in leading a team in a production environment
• Ability to effectively plan work and manage resources
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of production processes and a desire to constantly improve them
• Orientation towards quality, results and continuous improvement

After the probationary period, an additional variable remuneration part is awarded, linked to your and the team's results, which can reach up to 15% of the quarterly remuneration.
