Description of responsibilities:
Join our team and contribute to the development of sales staff competencies and the improvement of sales results. In this position, you will ensure a smooth introduction of new employees to work, conduct training for existing employees and help implement sales promotion campaigns.

- Cooperate with sales department managers and ensure a smooth introduction of new employees;
- Assess the knowledge of existing employees, identify training needs and implement training plans;
- Together with other departments, develop and prepare training programs;
- Provide ideas and recommendations for improving the quality of customer service;
- Implement sales processes, introduce innovations, organize sales promotion campaigns and promotions.

Compensation system:
2300 €/month. fixed salary excluding taxes;
+ up to 30% of fixed salary monthly bonus for achieved (sales team) goals;
+ up to 100% of fixed salary quarterly bonus for achieved (sales team) goals;
+ 125% of fixed salary annual bonus for company results.
- You have a higher education;
- You have at least 1 year of similar work experience in the field of insurance or training;
- You are responsible, precise and result-oriented;
- You are able to analyze, plan, set priorities;
- You are excellent communicators, able to present ideas, and are proactive;
- You have good computer skills;
- A driver's license (category B) and the ability to travel on business trips in Lithuania.
