🇵🇱 Polish E-commerce Assistant

We’re looking for a new teammate who speaks and writes Polish at a native level and has experience in online customer support. We’re happy to welcome someone already based in Vilnius or support relocation if needed!

What will you do?

• Online Customer support (phone, chat, email, Messenger).
  
• Communicate fluently in Polish – your language skills will make every interaction clear, natural and professional.
  
• Polish translations – help us keep Polish content sounding authentic, natural and perfectly local.
  
• Manage social media channels and respond to customer messages, comments, and reactions.
  
• Take care of webshops behind the scenes – check orders, fix things manually when needed and make quick translations directly in the system.
  

What we love about you:

• You enjoy helping people and have previous experience in online customer support.
  
• You have excellent Polish language skills – both written and spoken – and will communicate with native customers in the Polish market, where people will also read content translated or adapted by you.
  
• You have basic e-commerce knowledge and understand from a buyer’s perspective how online shopping works, what may differ between stores and what matters to local customers.
  
• Your English is strong enough for smooth daily communication with other teams.

📍 Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

🕐 Type: Full-time only, from Monday to Friday, 8-9 am - 16:30-17:30 pm

Salary range: 1680 - 2240 € (gross)
