The workplace is planned at the DOJUS agro center in Šakiai.

What will your working day look like?

  • Active customer visits;
  • Consulting customers on agricultural spare parts, assessing needs, submitting offers;
  • Attracting new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers;
  • Customer service in the sales hall during the season and by phone (as needed);
  • You will strive for and implement your sales plans;
  • You will work and develop using the CRM system;
  • Participate in training courses organized by suppliers and the company.

We are waiting for your CV if you:

  • Have experience in active sales (spare parts - a big advantage);
  • Knowledge of English (advantage);
  • Able to communicate professionally with farmers and business customers;
  • You are result-oriented, able to work with sales plans and consistently achieve them;
  • You know how to independently organize your working day, but you also fit in well with a team;
  • You are an initiative person, able to find customers and maintain long-term relationships.
  • You have a category B driver's license and are ready to travel around the region.

Salary

2350-4000 €/mon. gross
