FORVEDA is strengthening the team and is looking for an After-Sales Service Manager
Your responsibilities and duties:
After-sales service for buses manufactured by FORVEDA:
Organization and administration of the repair process:
FORVEDA customer training:
Your responsibilities and duties:
After-sales service for buses manufactured by FORVEDA:
- organization of the provision of warranty and non-warranty service services,
- sale of spare parts,
- parts, components logistics;
Organization and administration of the repair process:
- prompt acceptance of service requests, distribution of work to colleagues,
- work on the service registration platform,
- combining warranty and non-warranty repair estimates,
- preparation of offers for spare parts, repair services;
FORVEDA customer training:
- advise customers about the peculiarities of bus use and technical service;
- instruct partners' service workers about the necessary service work, coordinate their progress;
What do we expect from you:
- Technical knowledge about cars (not required, but an advantage);
- Polite communication. Ability to diplomatically respond to stressful situations;
- Work planning and organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written) is required. Knowledge of other languages would be a great advantage;
- Computer skills;
