We are looking for a proactive team member who values collaboration, is customer-oriented and willing to implement modern work solutions, especially in the area of service sales. Good communication skills, creative problem solving and the ability to adapt are essential for successful activities, so that every customer experience is smooth, efficient and truly valuable.
Main activities and responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the after-sales customer journey, ensuring smooth and timely sales closure;
- Selling maintenance and repair service contracts in collaboration with truck sales representatives, achieving profitability and sales targets;
- Regularly informing customers about the progress of the sales process, ensuring clear and timely communication;
- Coordination of customer inquiries, complaints and technical issues, focusing on solutions;
- Preparation of service contracts, maintaining accurate customer data in the Salesforce system;
- Actively seeking opportunities to improve the service offering, analyzing customer needs;
- Building strong working relationships with the relevant Volvo business area sales team.
What we expect from you:
- Higher education or relevant work experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a technical field;
- Strong customer orientation, willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
- Creative, proactive thinking, focused on solving customer problems and increasing satisfaction;
- Knowledge of the vehicle market and the broader context of business decisions;
- Goal-oriented, independent.
Competencies and skills:
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to proactively solve customer problems;
- Sales and negotiation skills, ability to successfully close service-related deals;
- Good knowledge of after-sales products and services and ability to sell them effectively;
- Technical understanding of vehicles and their components, allowing confident communication with customers and service teams;
- Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-changing environment;
- High level of responsibility, ownership and result orientation;
- Strong skills in building long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the Volvo Group organization;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills;
- Very good command of Lithuanian, good English skills.
