Nature of work
- Maintain paper stocks and warehouse balances;
- Plan and form paper orders for suppliers;
- Coordinate order conditions, delivery terms and quantities;
- Control order fulfillment and delivery terms;
- Communicate with existing and potential suppliers in Lithuania and abroad;
- Search for alternative paper types, new suppliers and more efficient solutions;
- Consult sales managers on paper properties, usage options, terms and suitability for specific jobs;
- Analyze balances, demand and help ensure smooth inventory management;
- Contribute to improving the paper assortment and internal processes.
Employee requirements
We expect that:
You have experience in purchasing, supply, inventory management, production or sales;
You have experience in purchasing, supply, inventory management, production or sales;
- You are able to work with balances, orders, deadlines and supply processes;
- You are meticulous, organized, responsible;
- You know how to communicate clearly with suppliers and colleagues;
- You are able to make decisions independently and manage several tasks at the same time;
- You have good computer skills, especially Excel;
- You know English both orally and in writing;
- You want to delve into the range of paper, its properties and its application in printing.
