Nature of work
- Management of employees working on the foam cutting and gluing production line (a team of about 15 people), coordination and control of their work;
- Distribution of work tasks to employees according to the production plan and priorities;
- Analysis of daily production results and provision of information to management;
- Monitoring, analyzing line work processes, ensuring smooth operation;
- Execution of production plans;
- Participation in resolving production problems and prompt problem resolution;
- Coordination of employee work schedules, shifts and changes.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- Work experience in production management or coordination of production processes;
- Advantage - experience in the field of furniture production;
- Ability to organize teamwork and ensure the execution of tasks;
- Understanding of the organization of production processes;
- Ability to work in a dynamic production environment;
- Quick orientation and problem-solving skills;
- Desire to achieve results and ensure quality.
