Today we are looking for a new colleaguePorsche showroom customer service specialist,who will ensure the highest level of customer service experience at Vilnius Porsche Centre.

Main tasks of this position:

• Greeting customers and identifying their needs, directing them to colleagues.
• Processing customer inquiries by phone and e-mail and distributing them to responsible colleagues.
• Communicating with companies servicing the showroom to ensure that it is clean, beautiful, tidy and everything is working.
• Providing feedback from customers to managers.
• Assisting and participating in events for customers.
• Selling accessories to customers in the showroom.
• General administrative and management-assigned tasks.
• Brand ambassadorship - implementation of marketing tasks for the region - creation of digital content from the showroom (photos, video reels) (advantage).
• Working with documents, registering cars in the Registry.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the Porsche showroom.

• Discipline and responsibility - to comply with the established customer service standards and the company's internal work rules in order to properly represent the company.
• Interest in cars and a driver's license - category B (required).
• Accuracy and attention to detail, attentiveness.
• The ability to smoothly manage several processes at the same time.
• Organizational skills, initiative and dedication to one's work.
• Constant curiosity and desire to improve.
• Willingness to be a Porsche brand ambassador.
• Good knowledge of English, Russian - an advantage.

Salary: from 1652 - 2047 €/month excluding taxes. However, the motivational system and additional bonuses will be discussed individually with the selected candidate. They will depend on previous work experience.
