Power Platform Application Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mid-Senior level programmer with strong Power Platform, C#, JavaScript and Power Platform knowledge, who, together with the team, would design and develop central bank applications using Power Platform and other Microsoft technology ecosystem tools.

The main focus of this position would be on the development of critical central bank IT systems, implementation of integrations and development of complex solutions. We expect a strong engineering approach and experience in full application lifecycle management (ALM).

In this position, you will:

• individually and together with team members, design and develop solutions using Power Platform technologies and components:
• Dataverse;
• Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas, Code);
• Power Automate flows;
• Copilot Studio agents.
• individually and together with team members, design and develop Power Platform solutions and their components, including:
• model-driven application form scripts using JavaScript;
• PCF components using HTML, CSS and TypeScript;
• plugins, custom workflow assemblies and custom connectors using C#;
• complex Microsoft Power Fx formulas;
• Using Workflow Definition Language (WDL) in Power Automate flows;
• Using OData Filter Query syntax for Dataverse queries;
• System and data integrations via API with the organization's internal systems and external data sources.
• you will perform functional testing of your own code to ensure that solutions meet quality requirements and acceptance criteria;
• you will create and maintain automated testing scenarios.

What we expect from you:

• you have a higher university education (bachelor's degree) in the field of technological or physical sciences;
• you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• you have the Power Platform Developer Associate certification (PL-400 exam) or are willing to pass it during the probationary period;
• you are an expert in the following technologies, standards, and programming languages: C#, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, JSON, XML, Web API (REST / SOAP);
• you have a thorough understanding of the technical capabilities and limitations of the Power Platform;
• you apply application lifecycle management (ALM) practices, including version control (source control), CI/CD processes, and solution packaging;
• you have excellent command of the Lithuanian language (at least C1 level);
• you have a good command of English (at least B2 level) – you are able to read, understand and prepare technical documentation and communicate on technical issues with suppliers and partners.

We will consider the following as advantages:

• Azure Developer Associate certification (AZ-204 exam);
• experience working with at least one widely used web framework: React, Angular or Vue.js;
• experience implementing business solutions using Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 platform capabilities, including: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure App Service and SharePoint Online.
