Monthly salary: €2,980.00 - €4,470.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop) and Power Apps, collaborating with business analysts from needs analysis to solution delivery to users
- Develop and maintain robotics (RPA) that automate repetitive processes, such as data transfer between systems or document filling
- Ensure the reliability of automation solutions by applying testing, error management, documentation and monitoring practices
- Participate in the development and pilot projects of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, evaluating their practical benefits in business processes
- Integrate various systems using APIs, connectors and data sources, and contribute to the development of data architecture solutions
- Comply with IT security, architecture and change management requirements, collaborate with the IT competence center and business system owners
- Consult and share knowledge with colleagues developing Power Platform solutions
What do we expect?
- Higher education in IT, engineering or similar field
- Work experience in developing and implementing Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience working with Dataverse and SQL, ability to design data structures and create queries
- Knowledge of programming fundamentals (Python, C#, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.) and ability to apply them in practice
- Understanding of the principles of API, system integrations and connectors
- Ability to create clear, maintainable and documented technical solutions
- Interest in artificial intelligence technologies and willingness to apply them in real business processes
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English language skills that allow working with technical documentation
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- Experience working with Power Automate Desktop or other RPA tools
- Experience in developing AI agents using Copilot Studio
- Experience in automating document or form processing processes (AI Builder, Azure AI)
- Microsoft Power Platform certificates
