We are looking for a PPC Lead who will be responsible for paid advertising strategy, growth and results in several European markets - combining Meta Ads, Google Ads and price comparison channels.

It's not just campaign management. This role "owns" PPC channels from strategy to performance, working closely with the Creative, E-commerce, Brand and Tech teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US:

  • Develop, implement and grow PPC strategy in EU markets (Meta Ads, Google Ads, price comparison sites), ensuring sustainable growth
  • Be responsible for the overall performance of PPC channels: revenue, ROAS / blended ROAS, CAC and overall profitability
  • Plan, manage and strategically allocate significant advertising budgets between channels and markets
  • Develop and implement scaling strategies, assessing the balance between channels and their role in the overall PPC mix
  • Develop a creative-first Meta Ads strategy, working closely with the Creative team
  • Initiate and improve the creative testing framework and conduct consistent testing (creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages)
  • Strategically manage the Google Ads ecosystem (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
  • You will work with price comparison sites: structure, pricing, ROI assessment and optimization
  • You will constantly monitor, analyze and optimize PPC results based on data and clear insights
  • You will ensure the quality of tracking and data (Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM) and their application for decision-making
  • You will closely cooperate with Creative, E-commerce, Brand and IT teams
  • You will develop and lead a full-fledged PPC team (media buyers, creatives, editors), ensuring the growth of competencies and a clear structure of responsibilities.

WE HOPE YOU:

  • At least 4 years of experience in PPC / performance marketing in the e-commerce / DTC segment
  • Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and good working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and price comparison sites
  • Proven experience at scale - significantly expanding advertising budgets, campaign scale and results
  • Experience working in international markets (e.g. DE, UK, PL, USA or other EU / non-EU markets)
  • Experience leading a team that includes not only media buyers, but also performance creatives and editors
  • Ability to create and implement a clear PPC logic and structure: campaign architecture, creative testing framework, decision justification ("what, how and why we do it")
  • Experience working with UGC and influencer content (paid usage ads), as well as with CRO testing (landing pages, pricing, offers)
  • Creative-first and profitability-driven thinking: ability to make decisions based on blended ROAS, CAC vs LTV and margins
  • Excellent working skills with daily performance tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Hotjar, Pixel / CAPI
