Description
We are looking for an experienced PPC specialist to join our marketing team and be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns and improving their results in different foreign markets.

Your responsibilities
- Creating, managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns;
- Planning and effective allocation of advertising budgets;
- Analyzing campaign results, monitoring and improving key indicators;
- Analyzing conversions, CPA, ROAS and other business-critical indicators;
- Testing audiences, keywords, ads and landing pages;
- Searching for new campaigns, audiences and growth opportunities;
- Collaborating with the marketing team in planning campaigns and preparing advertising materials;
- Monitoring and analyzing results using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Power BI and other analytics tools.
Hope you
- have at least 2-3 years of practical experience in managing PPC campaigns;
- have a very good knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads;
- have experience in managing advertising budgets of different sizes;
- are able to independently analyze data, evaluate campaign effectiveness and make decisions based on results;
- are familiar with conversion tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager;
- understand the user journey from ad exposure to conversion;
- constantly test, optimize and look for ways to achieve better results;
- have a good command of English.
Advantage if
- have practical experience working with TikTok Ads;.
- have experience working with multiple countries or different language markets;.
- have worked with lead generation campaigns;.
- have experience working with Power BI or other data analysis and visualization tools;.
- have experience managing larger advertising budgets and achieving clear CPA / ROAS goals.
