We are currently looking for an intern in the Control Systems Department in Šiauliai. This is a great opportunity for engineering students to learn how control systems work is organized and performed. An internship can be a great first step in a career, and motivated students who demonstrate good results may have the opportunity to join our team and continue their professional path in it in the future.

During the internship, you will work together with experienced specialists and get to know the specifics of ESO work up close.

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Getting acquainted with control systems and their operating principles;
• Gaining practical knowledge on how to operate and maintain control system equipment;
• Getting acquainted with teleinformation collection and transmission devices (RTU) and data transmission solutions;
• Contributing to the development and updating of technical documentation for control systems;
• Working with experienced engineers and deepening knowledge of power grid management.

• You are studying or have completed studies in automation, electrical engineering, energy, electronics, telecommunications at a higher education institution;
• You are motivated to study for 6-9 months, observe the work of experienced control systems engineers and deepen practical knowledge of control systems in a real work environment;
• Good Lithuanian language skills (oral and written).

An advantage would be:

• Category B driver's license;
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, automation or telecommunications;
• Interest in SCADA, RTU, TCP/IP or industrial communication protocols (e.g. IEC 60870-5-101/104, Modbus, etc.).
