Main responsibilities:
- To manage the daily activities of the “Tree of Knowledge” primary school and ensure the quality of education: to organize the smooth operation of the school, to care for the progress and achievements of students, a safe and learning-friendly environment and consistently implemented education.
- Together with the education team, to form and implement the direction of primary education: to coordinate the implementation of the educational process, to initiate solutions to improve the quality of education, to mobilize the team of teachers for professional growth and to ensure a consistent expression of the educational philosophy in the daily activities of the school.
- To mobilize, motivate and develop the school team.
- To ensure a strong experience for students and families: to foster partnerships with parents, maintain an open and constructive dialogue, resolve sensitive situations and strengthen the community's trust in the school.
- To manage the school's operational processes, resources and budget.
- To cooperate with the admissions team and strengthen the trust of families in the school.
- Ensure administrative and legal compliance: ensure that educational, administrative, data and legal processes are implemented in a timely, high-quality manner and in accordance with organizational and legal requirements.
- Represent the school and enhance its reputation.
We hope you:
- you have experience in management, team coordination or pedagogical leadership in an educational or service organization, you are able to organize daily activities and take responsibility for the result;
- you are familiar with the educational process, the Lithuanian education system and legal acts regulating primary education, you have a master's degree in educational leadership management;
- you are able to communicate clearly in writing and orally, create an organizational culture based on trust, resolve sensitive situations and maintain a constructive dialogue with parents and the team;
- you are an independent, analytically thinking person with an impeccable reputation, for whom responsible leadership and modern education are important;
- you have experience in implementing innovative educational methods, participating in international projects or initiating changes in the quality of education (advantage);
- you understand the logic of budget planning, resource management and financial results (advantage);
- you know English at least at a working level and are fluent in using modern technologies (advantage).
Workplace and conditions:
Place of work – Ozo st. 37, Vilnius, in an environment surrounded by greenery and forest. The school is located in a quiet place, conducive to children's education; parking space is provided for employees. Work – full-time, 3-month probationary period applies. Hybrid work model possible: administrative work can be performed remotely.
