Primary school teacher from September 2026.

Working with elementary school students. We are starting the selection process for teaching positions for the 2026-2027 school year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced teacher who wants to be part of the change in the Lithuanian education system, who agrees that:

• the relationship between a child and a teacher must be based on mutual respect;
• HOW to teach is no less important than WHAT to teach;
• we must learn throughout our lives;
• by educating the younger generation, we change Lithuania;
• it is extremely important to be able to think critically, analyze and evaluate the situation from various angles, and choose a reasonable position on each issue;
• children's independence, curiosity and responsibility (agency) are part of education, not an "add-on";
• feedback and reflection are tools of everyday work that help children grow.

Other requirements:

native Lithuanian is required (work is conducted in Lithuanian, clear communication with children and parents is essential);

English is a great advantage (we cooperate with the international IB PYP community, part of the methodological materials are in English);

advantage – experience or interest in IB PYP / inquiry-based education, differentiation, educational planning and monitoring of student progress;

work experience as a primary school teacher is a must;

we value the ability to work in a team, accept feedback and contribute constructively to common agreements and processes.

1500-3800 €/mon. gross
Salary depends on experience and skills.
