We create teaching/learning tools that help teachers and students grow every day. We invite a Primary Editor/Project Manager to join our team.
Job description:
- Organization and supervision of the development of educational materials for primary grades;
- Coordination of the publishing process: from manuscript preparation to printing;
- Full manuscript editing;
- Cooperation with authors of publications, layout designers, other related persons and their search;
- Quality control in the publication creation process;
- Preparation of contracts and other documents;
- Ensuring smooth work and process management;
- Management of project deadlines and process control;
- Cooperation with the marketing department;
- Monitoring and analysis of information relevant to the publishing house and the subject;
- Coordination and conducting of seminars, discussions;
- Achieving common company performance results.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in teaching in primary education;
- Knowledge of curricula;
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian;
- Good knowledge of English at B2 level;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to independently plan, initiate processes, organize activities, make decisions, choose work methods;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Digital literacy skills;
- Creativity, communication skills, diligence, responsibility, flexibility, attention to detail;
- Wish to learn and improve.
Advantages:
