Description of responsibilities:
AAS BTA Baltic Insurance Company branch in Lithuania is one of the largest insurance companies in the Baltic States, helping customers feel safer every day and offering professional insurance solutions to both private and business clients. We invite you to do an internship in one of BTA's departments: Insurance Risk Management Department, Sales Strategy and Support Department, Customer Service Department (Claims Department), Transport Claims Regulation Department (Expertise Department), Human Resources Department.
Internship can be done both voluntarily and under a tripartite professional internship agreement.

During the internship:
- You will work in a successful, international company with a professional team;
- You will get acquainted with the activities and daily processes of the selected department;
- You will help colleagues perform administrative and organizational tasks;
- You will participate in team activities and contribute to various projects and initiatives;
- You will improve communication, cooperation and professional skills.
We hope you:
- You are a student or have recently graduated;
- You are proactive, responsible and motivated to learn;
- You are able to work in a team and organize your work independently;
- You have good computer skills (MS Office);
- You speak Lithuanian, and knowledge of English would be an advantage.
With us you will have the opportunity to:
- Complete a voluntary or professional internship (under a tripartite agreement);
- Gain real work experience in the insurance sector;
- Get acquainted with the work of specialists in different fields and best practices;
- Work with document administration, data analysis and internal processes;
- Expand professional knowledge and acquire new competencies;

- After successfully completing the internship, have the opportunity to become a member of the BTA team.
