Description of responsibilities:
Do you want to gain practical experience in an international insurance company? We invite you to do an internship in one of BTA's departments: Insurance Risk Management Department, Sales Strategy and Support Department, Customer Service Department (Claims Department), Transport Claims Regulation Department (Expertise Department), Human Resources Department.
You can do the internship both voluntarily and under a tripartite professional internship agreement, the internship location is in Vilnius.

Salary: The internship is unpaid.
You can do the internship both voluntarily and under a tripartite professional internship agreement, the internship location is in Vilnius.
During the internship:
- You will work in a successful, international company with a professional team;
- You will get acquainted with the activities and daily processes of the selected department;
- You will help colleagues perform administrative and organizational tasks;
- You will participate in team activities and contribute to various projects and initiatives;
- You will improve your communication, cooperation and professional skills.
We hope that you:
- You are a student or a recent graduate;
- You are proactive, responsible and motivated to learn;
- You are able to work in a team and organize your work independently;
- You have good computer skills (MS Office);
- You speak Lithuanian, and knowledge of English would be an advantage.
