Are you interested in housing or leasing financing processes? Do you want to grow and test yourself in a real work environment? We invite you to join our paid summer internship.
By joining the team, you will not only get to know the "behind the scenes" of the entire housing and leasing process up close, but you will also contribute to ensuring that important technical and monitoring tasks are performed on time and with high quality.
With us, you will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to real projects and daily team activities;
- Learn from experienced colleagues and work together with the team;
- Analyze or improve processes;
- Get a closer look at how Swedbank works and the value created for our clients;
- Test yourself in different tasks and better understand your strengths.
Internship format:
- You will spend most of your time working in your chosen field with a team and mentor – learning through real-world assignments and engaging in daily activities.
- About 20% of your time will be spent on additional activities – trainings and sessions that will help you develop financial literacy, strengthen your emotional and physical health, and better understand yourself in a professional environment.
