During the internship:
- You will get acquainted with the work of the organizational development and training group and the main employee development processes;
- You will contribute to the implementation of the new employee learning management system (LMS);
- You will help organize internal trainings - from practical organizational work to information preparation;
- You will enter and systematize data after trainings, help ensure that the information is neat and updated;
- You will contribute to the daily tasks of the organizational development and training group and various initiatives related to employee involvement;
- You will participate in team meetings, you will be able to ask questions, learn and gradually try out independent tasks.
We hope that:
- Can devote a period of no less than 2 months to the internship;
- Are interested in personnel development and want to learn this area from a practical perspective;
- Are responsible, diligent and have the ability to work with information and data;
- Are able to plan time, meet deadlines and perform assigned tasks with high quality;
- Have good computer skills (MS Office) and want to improve analytical skills;
- Value teamwork, open communication and feedback;
- Seek professional growth and are ready to learn from practice and team experience.
