We are inviting a volunteer intern to the “Kavos Draugas” salon in Kaunas. This is an opportunity to see first-hand how retail and customer service work, and to gain practical experience with the help of a mentor.

DURING PRACTICE:
- Together with the salon team, you will consult with customers and get acquainted with coffee types, their origins and stories
- You will learn how the salon works: product layout, cashier operations and sales goals
- You will develop communication, negotiation and customer service skills in real situations
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Curiosity and willingness to learn (no experience necessary)
- Love for coffee and communication with people
- Initiative and openness to new situations
- Opportunities to practice at least 20 hours per week
WHAT YOU GET:
