Do you want to start a career in personnel selection and gain real practical experience?
We invite you to do an internship in the personnel selection team and get acquainted with the daily selection processes in a large organization. During the internship, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of job advertisements, active search for candidates and establishing initial contact with candidates.
During the internship, you will learn how to: conduct employee selection, establish initial contact with candidates and ensure a good candidate experience.

Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Posting and updating job advertisements on various portals;
- Active search for candidates in databases;
- Initial interviews with candidates by phone;
- Working with LinkedIn: searching for potential candidates together with a recruitment specialist.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Higher education (final year student);
- Knowledge of English (at least B1 level);
- Ability to work with a large amount of information;
- Have a responsible approach to work and are result-oriented;
- Have good communication and collaboration skills.
