- get acquainted with telecommunications products, business solutions and sales principles;
- try communicating with business customers by phone and learn to recognize their needs;
- get acquainted with the flow of sales calls and the main principles of effective communication;
- contribute to the administration of customer inquiries and attracting new customers;
- gain practical experience working with internal systems and a customer database.

- are interested in sales, technology or business customer service;
- are sociable, curious and want to learn;
- are not afraid to communicate on the phone and make new contacts;
- can do an internship under a three-party agreement with an educational institution.
