We are currently inviting an intern to join the Sweco team in the People and Culture department!

WHAT WILL YOU DO DURING YOUR INTERNSHIP?

• Create and publish job advertisements on various portals
• Organize meetings and selection processes
• Communicate with candidates and contribute to ensuring their good experience
• Participate in interviews with Talent Acquisition partners and managers
• Contribute and "try out" other HR areas as much as possible

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

• Are curious and proactive
• Are not afraid to communicate with people (and you even like it!)
• Are responsible and organized
• Want to learn and grow in the HR field
• Can devote at least 0.5 full-time to internships (schedule is flexible)
• Are studying psychology or personnel management (advantage)
