In practice, YOU:
- You will get acquainted with the internal communication of the company, its creation and organizational development processes;
- You will get acquainted with the external communication of the company, image creation and maintenance, public relations tricks;
- You will contribute to the planning and organization of events;
- You will become part of the team;
- You will help colleagues, generate ideas and contribute to the implementation of various projects.
Tasks waiting for you:
Internal communication:
PHH Marketplace (marketplace) communication:
Public relations:
- Coordination of internal newsletters
- Assistance in organizing internal company events and their communication
- Coordination of the internal company system, maintaining relevant communication within it
PHH Marketplace (marketplace) communication:
- Coordination of the internal seller system (updating instructions, articles, reports)
- Planning and implementation of newsletters for sellers using the newsletter generation system (layout and distribution, database preparation)
- Creation of visuals
- Planning of Marketplace advertisements (generation of ideas, creation of visuals)
- Organization of Marketplace events (internal and external) and their communication
Public relations:
- Press releases (generation of ideas and distribution of messages)
- Answering journalist inquiries
- Management of Linkedin accounts
- Management and updating of the company website (www.phhgroup.eu)
We hope you:
- You are curious, responsible, diligent and not afraid to ask questions;
- You are creative, have ideas and a desire to propose and implement them;
- You are able to express your thoughts clearly and have good writing skills;
- You have good English speaking and writing skills, as a large part of the tasks will be carried out in English.
