You will be responsible for:
- initial interviews with candidates by phone;
- creation, placement and administration of job advertisements;
- collaboration with team colleagues, generation of ideas in search of ways to attract candidates;
- participation in other personnel selection projects and initiatives.
We appreciate your:
- experience in the fields of employee search and selection (advantage);
- ability to speak Russian fluently;
- positivity, courage and sociability;
- diligence, initiative, willingness to learn.
