You will be responsible for:

  • initial interviews with candidates by phone;
  • creation, placement and administration of job advertisements;
  • collaboration with team colleagues, generation of ideas in search of ways to attract candidates;
  • participation in other personnel selection projects and initiatives.

We appreciate your:

  • experience in the fields of employee search and selection (advantage);
  • ability to speak Russian fluently;
  • positivity, courage and sociability;
  • diligence, initiative, willingness to learn.
