We are currently recruiting a Recruitment and Selection Group Intern to join our team, who is interested not only in communicating with candidates, but also in improving the efficiency of internal selection systems, data management and processes.
WHAT ARE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES DURING THE INTERNSHIP?
- You will create and manage job advertisements for different positions (from administration to production)
- You will communicate with candidates by phone and email. by email, ensuring smooth information delivery and good candidate experience
- You will help organize selection processes: invitations, coordination, communication
- You will enter and update candidate and employee data in systems (Teamtailor, etc.)
- You will contribute to the quality of selections - you will monitor the accuracy of data in the system, ensure order and adherence to processes
- You will help find ways to make selection processes and system use more efficient (automation, structure, clarity)
- You will contribute to employer image projects (cooperation with universities, schools)
- You will participate in selection interviews and other projects of the Recruitment and Selection Group, if possible
WE EXPECT A SUCCESSFUL START IN THE INTERNSHIP:
- You are curious and proactive, want to understand "how" processes work
- You like working with systems, data and looking for ways to do it better
- You are diligent, responsible and able to maintain order in information
- You are not afraid to communicate with people and a good candidate experience is important to you
- You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English
- You can devote ~40 hours to internship per week (duration ~2 months)
ADVANTAGE:
- Studies in psychology, human resources management, management, administration or similar field
- Interest in organizational psychology or process improvement
- Experience working with systems/data (even if academic or independent)
