Main internship tasks:
Project coordination: Direct participation and responsibility in project coordination processes.
Comprehensive knowledge of processes: The opportunity to practically touch all stages of real estate development - from the initial analysis of plots to construction management and handover of the object.
Analysis of legal and technical documentation: Analysis and supervision of project documents, contracts, permits being prepared.
Market research: Analysis of real estate market trends, competitor environment and potential development territories.
