During practice(s):
- you will get acquainted with the Company's activities, its administrative processes and culture;
- you will become part of the team - you will communicate closely and help colleagues;
- you will gain practical knowledge by preparing various analyses and reports;
- you will visit remote departments and get involved in conducting an employee engagement survey of the organization;
- you will help to enter various types of data and process them.
We hope you:
- you are a final year student (social sciences study program is an advantage);
- you want to try yourself in the field of personnel and gain useful experience;
- you are positive, proactive, and like to cooperate;
- you are responsible, thorough, and attentive to details;
- you have excellent computer skills, you have mastered the main MS Office package programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- you have a category B driver's license.
