Main responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated intern who wants to gain practical experience in the field of personnel management. This is a great opportunity to get acquainted with the work of the personnel department, participate in employee selection and contribute to daily HR processes.

You will join the recruitment process: review CVs, communicate with candidates and help organize interviews;
You will place job advertisements and monitor the success of attracting candidates;
You will help maintain order with personnel documents;
You will contribute to the introduction of new colleagues;
You will get involved in HR projects - from employee engagement to smaller initiatives;
You will be a real part of the team and help us with our daily work (not just "watching from the sidelines")

Hopefully
You are studying (or have recently graduated) human resources management, psychology, management or a similar field;
You are responsible, diligent and willing to learn;
You have good communication skills;
You are able to work in a team and independently;
You know how to work with MS Office programs.
