You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Getting acquainted with the selection process, team projects, goals and the work of the HR department in a large organization that unites experts in various fields;
• Helping to create, host and administer job advertisements on various platforms;
• Contributing to the selection process by performing various functions: searching for candidates in databases, making initial calls and ensuring a smooth candidate journey in the data management system;
• Planning and coordinating interview schedules and maintaining smooth communication with candidates;
• Proposing new ideas on how to improve candidate experience and team efficiency.
