Main responsibilities:
Customer service and flow management: Warmly welcoming visitors, providing information about services, prices and rules, registration, issuing wristbands and controlling entry/exit through the gates.
Active sales and presentation of offers: Proactive sales of PlayTriX services, birthday packages and education by phone, e-mail and live on site, identifying customer needs and offering the best solutions.
Communication and reservations: Managing customer inquiries, planning, coordinating and smooth coordination of birthdays, holidays and events.
Cash and financial management: Accepting payments (cash and card), performing cash transactions, managing primary documentation and cooperating with accounting.
Ensuring safety and order: Monitoring compliance with safety and hygiene rules, instructing visitors, maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area.
Operational management: Monitoring the condition of premises, inventory, LED and gaming equipment, resolving emerging situations or incidents, and reporting to the manager.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, presentability, positivity and love of working in a children's and holiday environment.
Initiative and creativity - the ability to provide ideas for holidays, activities and freely and boldly engage in content creation (e.g. filming in "Reels" or social media videos).
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, quick reaction and skills in managing conflict or unexpected situations.
Computer literacy (experience working with cash register or reservation systems is a great advantage).
Responsibility, diligence and the ability to make independent decisions.
Orientation towards high service quality and the desire to create the best experience for center visitors.

The company offers
Salary: €1400 / month in hand (net).
Workload: Full-time.
Work schedule: Shift (2 working / 2 days off), cumulative working time accounting.

Full support, training and all necessary tools for work.
