We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer who will work closely with customers, understand their technical needs, and connect them with our R&D team.
What you will do
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers.
- Answer technical questions during the sales process and provide first-line technical guidance before involving R&D.
- Support product evaluations, proof-of-concept projects, and initial customer testing.
- Identify customer pain points, technical challenges, project needs, risks, gaps, and customization requirements to help determine the most suitable solution.
- Participate in technical customer meetings with Sales and R&D when deeper expertise is required.
- Collect recurring customer requests and market feedback and communicate them to Product Management and R&D.
- Develop technical sales materials, including application examples, solution diagrams, FAQs, and supporting documentation.
What we are looking for
- Solid technical understanding of wireless technologies, electronics, telecommunications, embedded systems, IoT, or related technologies.
- Ability to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals before proposing a solution.
- Commercial awareness — the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and propose solutions that make sense both technically and commercially.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and accurately across customers, Sales, R&D, and Product Management.
- Strong documentation skills — clearly capturing customer requirements, technical discussions, and decisions.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian would be a huge plus.
